Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information, if available.

- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. If you offer free shipping, you can include:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (or your chosen amount).
Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
